The Opportunity: 

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a targeting analyst, you use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to generate intelligence reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As a targeting analyst on our team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, performing analysis of publicly available information to inform operations. Using your comprehensive understanding of CI/HUMINT, you will research and analyze various sources to determine context, identify risk, and generate products to inform operations and answer collection requirements. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining high-level attention to detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority in your field, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in research, analysis, and collection. You’ll share your expertise with others through leadership, mentoring, and collaboration. You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis

• Experience collecting, exploiting, and analyzing publicly available information

• Experience coordinating and collaborating with CI/HUMINT stakeholders across the defense intelligence enterprise

• Knowledge of CI/HUMINT functions, including investigations and collection

• Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• 12+ years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis

• Experience as an intelligence analyst supporting CCMD or component organizations

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials

• Master's degree

• Completion of a DoD HUMINT Collection Course, CI Agent Course, or equivalent Collection Management Course

• Completion of a DoD OSINT Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
