Are you ready?<br/> </p><p></p><p></p><p><br/>You are ready for your Transformation, if you :</p><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>speak fluently German and enjoy communication with clients using those languages</p></li><li><p>speak fluent English and willing to  working in an international environment, are able to adjust your communication style according to the respective culture</p></li><li><p>have experience in project management or in supply chain management, ideally for SaaS products implementation</p></li><li><p>have university or college/business degree (e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain management, engineering, business administration)</p></li><li><p>have outstanding communication skills and enjoy using them for connecting diverse stakeholders to reach their common goal</p></li><li><p>are known for your organizational talent and time management</p></li></ul><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p><br/>Transform yourself and take responsibility for :</p><p></p><ul><li><p>participating in solution design workshops, analysis, and understanding of customer’s needs; leverage Transporeon modules, products, and best practices to design solutions in line with the identified customer requirements and industry</p></li><li><p>managing customer projects, including internal and external coordination and communication as well as supervision of project participants in terms of scope, schedule, and costs</p></li><li><p>accompany customers during the change management process linked to the project (user training, user support, etc.)</p></li><li><p>liaising with Transporeon Sales, Business Consulting, Customer Services, and System Delivery departments and ensure a smooth transition to Transporeon Customer Care</p></li><li><p>identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Trimble’s Inclusiveness Commitment</p><p></p><p>We believe in celebrating our differences.
