We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Transformation team as a Business Analyst. This role involves data analysis, risk assessment, sustainability overview, and collaboration with various teams. The primary objectives are to optimize supply chain operations, minimize risks, and enhance supply chain resiliency and sustainability. You will play an integral role in the development and delivery of a high-quality resilience and sustainability strategy for the GSC organization. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Implement key business resilience and sustainability priorities, track, and analyze metrics to develop scorecards for the Supply Chain organization to drive and track performance against GF’s overall enterprise risk management and sustainability programs 

  • Support the maintenance and development of frameworks for effective Business Continuity Management across GSC to prevent, respond and recover from major adverse events 

  • Support the development, tracking, and analysis of Environment Social Governance (ESG) supply chain initiatives such as human rights, responsible sourcing, scope 3 emissions, and supplier diversity 

  • Document policy and process in accordance with industry norms and corporate guidelines assuring approvals, version control 

  • Lead communication plan to stakeholders as policy and processes are revised 

  • Implement and provide recommendation for frameworks and policies for the GSC organization to embed resilience and sustainability into the day-to-day practices of the organization 

  • Support developing and executing risk mitigation plans for short term, annual and long-term growth projections in collaboration with supplier performance management team 

  • Conduct source risk assessments, perform testing and validation of mitigation plans  

  • Conduct audits and reports for stakeholders on both business continuity developments and sustainability impacts as required 

  • Ensure supply chain resiliency and sustainability initiatives support and augment GF’s overall goals 

  • Engage with sourcing teams to collect, analyze, and maintain resiliency and sustainability data on suppliers  

  • Implement appropriate business continuity management controls and risk mitigation practices, taking into consideration specific business and geographical complexities and issues 

  • Identify and prioritize various risks including geopolitical, environmental, regulatory, operational, etc. 

  • Drive periodic reviews of supplier compliance with GF’s resiliency and sustainability alongside the supplier performance management team.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs 

  • Other duties as required to fulfill the goals of the team and organization 

  • Work globally across cultures including working beyond normal working schedule.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, supply chain management or related field  

  • 6+ years professional experience in corporate, business continuity and/or project management/audit, preferably in a technology environment 

  • Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning, issues, and project management skills  

  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audience  

  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships  

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the global organization  

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding related to business continuity planning
