We're currently seeking a talented and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to take on the vital role of Rehab Director—an exceptional opportunity for a motivated PTA with leadership experience who is passionate about clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.

PTA Rehab Director Responsibilities:
-
Lead the rehab department with a focus on quality, efficiency, and resident-centered care
-
Supervise and collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs
-
Manage daily rehab operations, including staffing and scheduling
-
Provide direct care based on individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes
-
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
-
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork
-
Serve as a liaison to facility leadership and advocate for integrated rehab services
Qualifications
-
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-
Passion for serving older adults and inspiring team members

Ability to balance hands-on care with administrative responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- 1 years plus clinical practice experience
