Staff Accountant (Contract)

Hirsch is seeking a staff accountant for a 3-month contract (potentially contract to hire) to assist with reconciliations, transactions, expense reporting, accounts payable processing, and audit requests. This is an on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities:

·       Reconciliation and transaction posting.

·       Accounts Payable processing.

·       Concur Implementation assistance.

·       Weekly Concur expense reporting review.

·       External audit request support.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is highly desired.

·       Experience with Netsuite.

·       Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Highly disciplined and focused with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
