Job Overview
As the Continuous Improvement Partner, you will play a critical role in driving transformation for our Commercial teams across the Transportation Segment. The role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service. The role acts as both a strategic program leader and a continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in resiliency, collaboration & execution within the organization.

This role is remote and will require ~10% travel
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the Continuous Improvement strategy and framework to support Transportation BUs. Applying advanced knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts.
- Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with internal/external customers at all levels to build change acceptance.
- For strategic programs, lead cross-functional teams in the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements using lean and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensuring prioritized improvements are aligned with business objectives.
- Develops process improvement standards and ensures compliance / governance.
- Developing control plans to track outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project/Program Management or a related field.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives across an organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lean or other continuous improvement tools methodologies.
- Ability to manage diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including knowledge of current business trends.
- Knowledge of TE’s business, products, and processes is helpful.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $145,680 – $218,520 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
