And what we really want is to add value to customers' projects.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>Design and develop automated test cases and tests for embedded software using<br/>Python.<br/>Collaborate with software development teams to define testing strategies and ensure<br/>robust software quality.<br/>Execute and maintain automated tests to ensure continuous integration and continuous<br/>deployment.<br/>Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and report defects to the development team.<br/>Ensure traceability between requirements and automated tests.<br/>Contribute to the enhancement of test automation infrastructure and tools.<br/>Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test scripts, and test<br/>results.<br/>Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.<br/>Operate according to Agile principles and participate actively in Agile ceremonies<br/><br/>What we expect:<br/><br/>University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical<br/>Engineering, or a related field.<br/>At least 3 years of experience in embedded software testing and test automation.<br/>Strong proficiency in Python programming language.<br/>Experience with embedded systems.<br/>Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.<br/>Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.<br/>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/>Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).<br/>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<br/>Familiarity with Agile methodologies<br/><br/>The resource should go 2x per week to the Costumer site in Ovar.</p> <p>And what does Nimber expect from you?</p> <ul> <li>Be passionate about what you do.</li> <li>That you take the first step using the talent of Accelerated Innovation.</li> <li>That you define the right strategy with the gift of Sensitive Impartiality.</li> <li>That you decide to put into practice the privilege of Shielded Independence daily.</li> </ul> <p>This is our infallible tactic to which we add the rules of the game at Nimber: impartiality, independence, and fairness.
