Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) has an impressive portfolio of products from spinal implants, robotics, navigation, imaging, and surgical tools that have meaningful impact on our patients. The suite of CST technologies is quickly becoming the standard of care in spine surgery through our AiBLE™ ecosystem.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join the Power & Energy Marketing Team which drives multiple critical brands in the CST product portfolio, including Midas Rex™, Aquamantys™, PlasmaBlade™ X., RadiaLux™ and other OEM products. Join a high-performing marketing team that is poised to drive meaningful growth in these market leading technologies that have broad clinical use including cranial, spinal, ENT, orthopedic, breast, surgical oncology and other surgical procedures and are highly differentiated and recognized by customers globally. This role is critical in working cross-functionally within marketing, sales, medical education, market analytics, demand planning and other internal functional partners to drive awareness, adoption and advocacy for the products available in the market today, as well as future product iterations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Manage downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
Partner closely with clinical, health economics and reimbursement, and regulatory partners to develop marketing materials for sales execution.
Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.
Manage campaign development, execute across channels like paid, social and email. Analyze and track key performance metrics to shape strategy.
Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.
Develop and manage assets, content, and branded materials throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.
Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.
Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.
Contribute to critical business priorities related to service and supply continuity.
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team, as well as our International business partners.
Travel requirement: 20-30%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
Medical device experience
Experience in Spine/Orthopedic Marketing or Sales
Understanding of enabling technologies like power, energy, navigation, and robotics
