Job Description

You will assist the Investment & Portfolio Management team under CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited with data analysis and reporting, as well as research and other REITs ad-hoc activities.

Responsibilities
• Assist in data analysis of property operations and asset performance tracking
• Provide assistance in management reporting and quarterly business updates for investors
• Conduct market research on SREIT and macroeconomic developments
• Assist in investment and divestment activities such as the preparation of feasibility study, teasers 
and information memorandums
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
