Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Digital Customer Experience Representative to provide world class customer service to each Cintas customer, internal and external. The Digital Customer Experience Representative will deliver this service through various channels - online portal, email, and escalated requests. The Digital Customer Experience Representative will adhere to the policies and procedures for digital management, attendance, quality, and issue resolution. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:  

  • Client & Customer Management (External) 

           Receive incoming messages to place orders and resolve customer issues. Support customers with empowered decision-making that balances the need of the business with the customer need. Inform customers of inventory availability, such as out-of-stock, discontinued, stock status, substitutions,       

           forecasting, and product knowledge. Assist customers with returns, embroidery/emblem/logo inquires. Assist customers with any other issues applicable to the position. 

  • Administration 

           Process all orders that are received through mail and internet channels. Monitor and manage applicable reports. Enter comprehensive notes into the SAP computer system after assisting customers. 

  • Performance Management 

           Meet or exceed established department goals, including but not limited to service observations, errors, processing time, attendance, and corporate culture expectations (KPIs). 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 
•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 

 

Preferred 

  • Two years’ experience in a customer service position, online customer service, and business to business account support experience preferred.
