• Lead the finance planning and analysis for Meta’s server investments, from budgeting, forecasting, long range planning and earnings preparation.
• Partner with Meta’s infrastructure business partners to ensure adequate allocation of capital and operating expenses towards designing new servers, buying and installing servers in data centers, and maintaining servers to run reliably.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to the business partners and develop accurate forecasts to drive accountability and to inform investor guidance.
• Own end-to-end partnerships with a range of senior business leaders across Capacity, Hardware Engineering, Sourcing.
• Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, investments, and operations.
• Build financial models to inform business decision making on key server infrastructure investments and cost saving initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field and 8 years of work experience in the job offered or a finance-related occupation
• Requires 8 years of experience in the following:
• 1. Building relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions
• 2. Working in a complex, fast-paced environment
• 3. Manipulating data and turn them into insightful business recommendations
• 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Tax, Accounting, Operations, and provide end-to-end financial support
• 5. Developing annual budget plan for operating expenses, capital expenses and headcount that support the business to meet their annual goals
• 6. Measuring actual spend against the budget, holding business teams accountable to their financial objectives, proposing and driving actions in partnership with business partners
• 7. Identifying savings opportunities for operating expenses and capital expenses while driving them with the business, AND
• 8. Informing business decision making on key investments needed and cost saving/avoidance initiatives through financial modelling
