The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Managing Associate General Counsel, Real Estate&nbsp; Development, to lead legal and strategic support for CoreWeave’s self-development data center initiatives across North America. This is a leadership role responsible for driving complex “dirt-to-data-center” development projects, including land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, construction, development, deal structuring, financing, and government stakeholder engagement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, Construction, Power, Finance, Operations, and Government Affairs, to structure and execute large-scale infrastructure projects in a rapidly scaling environment.
