Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, which leads to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to <em>prevent and reduce</em> their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years, companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Enterprise software and new business processes can help.</p><p>We raised &gt;€10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence, we launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&amp;B players in Europe, and put together what we believe is the best-suited early-stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us? 🚀</p><p></p><p></p><h1><strong>🔭 What you will work on</strong></h1><p></p><h2><strong>Your mission</strong></h2><p>Help build up Root by working on the most urgent and significant sales, strategy and product related problems faced every day.</p><p></p><h2><strong>📅  Over the next months you will…</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Play a vital role in driving and executing projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our business across Europe.</p></li><li><p>Take responsibility for high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from planning to execution).</p></li><li><p>Conduct market analysis to support crucial sales decisions.</p></li><li><p>Have insights into and influence important management topics such as strategic roadmap, product development, etc.</p></li><li><p>Support the team in hiring strong team-members for the next scaling phase.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>🧺 What you bring along</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades.</p></li><li><p>First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or VC-backed startups.</p></li><li><p>Experience in working in a demanding high-growth environment with the ability to perform well under pressure, and handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease.</p></li><li><p>Outstanding analytical skillset with a quick understanding of new subjects, willing to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to essential factors and communicate them effectively.</p></li><li><p>Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach, professional personality with utmost expectations towards yourself and your work.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in German and English.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><em>🤗 You don't feel like you fulfil all the criteria?
