Job Description:

​Design Research:

As a TD Design Research Intern, you will be given the opportunity to support many phases of the design research process within the Human Centered Design Practice, all while learning about the ins and outs of corporate research and the multiple lines of business at TD. You will be given ample opportunities to develop and practice both your primary and secondary research skills as you assist in knowledge harvests, literature reviews, journey mapping and ethnographic studies; as well as user-experience, conceptual and co-design testing and evaluation. . You will assist Senior Design Researchers with all aspects of study Design, including study preparation, data collection, analysis, and reporting.  

Design Research is offering primarily remote internship opportunities in Philadelphia, PA, Mount Laurel, NJ, Portland, ME or in select states including: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington DC.

Education & Experience:

• Pursuing post secondary  degree in business-related disciplines
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and accountability of your actions
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• You must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship
• Anticipated graduation between December 2026 - June 2027 preferred
