Working alongside three other experienced HR Business Partners, this role will partner with two areas of the LEGO Education business, with a particular emphasis on capability building, and team &amp; leadership development.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Do you have what it takes?</b></p><ul><li><p>Progressive HR experience, ideally including a few years in a business partner capacity, preferably within a global organization.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with executives and cross-functional teams, balancing curiosity with the confidence to challenge.</p></li><li><p>Track record of both enhancing established people processes and pioneering new approaches, with the resilience to learn from both successes and setbacks.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence to connect effectively across our diverse, distributed team.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to translate strategic vision into practical, impactful actions.</p></li><li><p>Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity with adaptability, creativity, and determination.</p></li><li><p>Proficient written and verbal communication (English) skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-NS2<b> </b></p><p><b><span>#LEGOEducation</span> </b></p><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
