JOB SUMMARY:

Efficient repair of defects in the finish of fiberglass boats or trailer fenders.

 

JOB DUTIES:

• Use of spray equipment to repair defects
• Use of sanders and buffers
• Use of hand tools
• Watch for additional defect not previously found
• Promote and maintain 5S & TVP standards
• Any other job duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day
• Work overtime as needed
• Color sensitive
• Detail oriented
• Ability to detect defects from very small to large in size
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes
• Manual dexterity
• Good coordination
• Have good quality habits
• Have good attendance habits
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
