Senior Patient Services Specialist *Per Diem*

Per Diem - Variable Shift

This position is responsible and accountable for the coordination of patient care as patients arrive from a referring medical office through scheduling and registering for their services at the Issaquah Highlands facility.  This position performs a variety of front office clerical and pre-business services within the hospital setting.

Required Qualifications: 

• 1 year - Recent receptionist or front desk experience in a health care field.
• Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record processes.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a college or technical school. 
• Medical Terminology Certification upon hire. 
• Medical insurance & billing experience.
• Experience with computerized scheduling or relational databases.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
