Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Representative to help our customers with service scheduling, coordinate special order parts deliveries, make follow-up calls, and assist our Service Advisors. If you’re a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Your Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or a call center role (appointment setting experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers (CDK training will be provided)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory driving record
