About the role

Every day as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you dedicate yourself to transforming the lives of children and families. You pour your passion, expertise, and energy into helping others succeed. But what if there’s a place that’s just as dedicated to supporting you?   At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we understand you might not be actively looking for a new role right now, but we’d love the chance to show you what else is out there. Imagine working somewhere that offers the perfect blend of clinical autonomy, unparalleled support, and a culture that prioritizes your growth and wellness.   If you’re ready to elevate your career—or even just curious about what’s possible—we’d love to talk.   💵 Total compensation for this role ranges from $82,000 to $100,000 annually. This amount includes your base salary and a bonus of up to $12,000 per year, which is paid bi-weekly. The bonus is earned by providing additional hours of care and completing parent training sessions.

Why Choose Us?

We know what matters most to you as a clinician. At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we’ve built a workplace where you can thrive, both professionally and personally:

  • See Your Impact Immediately: Our bi-weekly bonus program lets you see the direct impact of your work in every paycheck. For every hour of care above your caseload threshold, you’ll earn extra—because your dedication deserves recognition.
  • Growth at Every Stage: We believe in building careers, not just jobs. Many of our current leaders started as BCBAs (and even BTs!), growing into roles like Clinical Director, Area Director, Regional Director, and beyond. If leadership is your goal, we’ll provide the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to help you get there.
  • High Clinical Autonomy: Use your preferred assessments and tools to create individualized care plans that reflect your expertise and creativity.
  • Shape Future Clinicians: Actively mentor, coach, and manage a team of RBTs, gaining hands-on leadership experience that sets you apart.
  • A Team That Has Your Back: Collaborate with a group of experienced BCBAs who understand the challenges you face and are here to support you every step of the way.
  • Rooted in Best Practices: We’re committed to neuroaffirming, assent-based care that honors each child’s individuality and empowers their growth, supported by OBM principles that foster a positive, efficient workplace.

Your role as a BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy

As a BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, your role is so much more than just managing cases. You’ll have the chance to lead, mentor, and create lasting change:
  • Mentor and Inspire: Coach and actively manage RBTs, helping them develop into skilled and compassionate clinicians.
  • Deliver Transformative Care: Lead a caseload of 6–9 children, providing 145–150 hours of care per month. Develop treatment protocols, conduct parent trainings, and celebrate every milestone achieved.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other experts to deliver holistic, interdisciplinary care.
  • Grow Your Expertise: Access free in-house CEUs, a $500 annual CEU stipend, and leadership training opportunities to advance your skills and career.

Benefits & Perks

We know you bring a lot to the table, and we believe in offering just as much in return:
  • Compensation That Matches Your Dedication: Total compensation ranges from $82,000–$100,000, with up to $12,000 in annual bonuses for exceeding care thresholds.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Meet a 28-billable-hour minimum while balancing your personal and professional life.
  • Generous Time Off: Enjoy 16 PTO days, 7 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays per year.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Access PPO, HSA, and HMO health plans, plus a 401(k) with 4% company match.
  • Wellness Support: Free memberships to Calm and Teladoc for you and five loved ones.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a team that values communication, celebrates successes, and empowers your voice through committees like DEI and the Experience Team.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re already an exceptional BCBA, but we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step:
  • Certified and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experienced in functional behavior assessments and crafting data-driven care plans.
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing RBTs, helping them grow into the next generation of clinicians.
  • Committed to neuroaffirming, assent-based care that prioritizes the strengths and autonomy of every child.
