Job Title: Associate Director, Specialty Channel Accounts - Immunology
Location: Remote (US Based)
Description
The Associate Director, Specialty Channel Accounts will be responsible for managing the day-to-day oversight of a specialty distribution network with a focus on operational excellence. This newly created position is a vital and strategic role within our growing market access team to support the further build of the Nemluvio Channel & Patient Services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate innovative channel strategies and offerings to drive performance while partnering closely with the field access management team.
Day-to-day specialty pharmacy case management oversight in collaboration with the HUB, FAD team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless patient access.
The role functions as a key resource to optimize patient access supporting field team and stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a strong understanding of SP process and capabilities, escalating concerns as appropriate, and identifying solutions to address access barriers.
Monitor SP cases and evaluate channel tools to enhance field team effectiveness for brand performance.
Work with the SP & HUB teams to optimize service offerings and patient access.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales operations and reporting to conduct analytics and drive channel performance.
Analyze SP data to identify actionable trends to help inform strategies.
Work closely with data analytics to identify gaps or enhancements to improve process efficiencies.
Health System/IDN and 340B experience to provide landscape insights, develop and execute channel strategies.
Work with Channel team on special projects
Support Channel Directors on QBR content development and presentations.
Participate in QBR presentations as the case manager expert. Provide updates and feedback on outstanding/open cases.
Support the leadership and brand teams by contributing insights and recommendations during strategic planning and help drive business objectives that can be implemented and maintained by our specialty channel distribution partners.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in biotech/pharma/specialty pharmacy industry with a focus on operational excellence
Prior experience working with Specialty Pharmacy, HUBs and specialty pharmaceutical reimbursement.
HS/IDN and 340B experience to provide insights and management for channel strategies.
Demonstrated strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
Travel requirements: ability to travel up to 25% may be required, with potentially heavier travel during launch phases.
