Experienced Scrum Master for Fintech - Netherlands only

As a Scrum Master you will be a crucial part of our agile development teams, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Tasks

1. Close collaboration with development teams in the Business Intelligence sector to streamline business processes.
2. Driving continuous improvement of the Scaled Agile way of working within the area.
3. Facilitation of scrum ceremonies for teams and the entire area to identify dependencies and eliminate impediments.
4. Collaboration with the Scrum Master guild to refine area-wide processes.
5. Close cooperation with with the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain to develop and enhance the reporting suite.

Requirements

1. Educational Background: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management, or equivalent practical experience
2. Experience: Proven 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
3. Agile Certifications: PSM I certificate; PSM II or III certificate is a plus.
4. Communication Certifications: Strong preference for candidates with certifications in business analysis or related fields.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Experience in a complex IT organization and Business Intelligence
7. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile way of working.
8. Experience coaching individuals and teams in an Agile environment.
9. Knowledge of financial processes, risk management, and banking is advantageous.
10. Dutch proficiency minimum A2 level
