About the Role:
Our fast-paced and rapidly growing Revenue Operations team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help drive our team’s growth and streamline workflows. Our Salesforce Administrator will be naturally driven to support a large and diverse team across various functions.
The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. A successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for enforcing data governance and compliance as well as execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
- Create a Data Governance and Compliance model within Salesforce
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Build Salesforce Flows & Process Builders
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
- Lightning optimization of current workflows within our existing environment
- Facilitate and create ongoing Salesforce training programs for organization
- Build and maintain Salesforce Dashboards with our sales organization
- Build custom reports, dashboards and workflows
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Ability to learn Apex for troubleshooting/building simple triggers and SQL/SOQL
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
