Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC). 
• Drive change management initiatives, including roll-outs to additional countries and applications, working closely with Business and Data Privacy stakeholders. 
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including test management, user acceptance testing, and go-live planning. 
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring alignment across global cross-functional teams. 
• Lead service management activities, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers supporting the platform. 
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, information security requirements, and data privacy regulations. 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement of customer-facing marketing platforms.
