Job Description
As a Global CP R&D Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all financial analysis and reporting processes in scope, focusing on finance support to senior business leaders in the respective area. You will prepare and deliver all necessary management information and analysis to senior executives and key stakeholders. You will be a key member of the Global R&D Finance team and be responsible for the delivery of a number of important finance processes related to the R&D portfolio and spend.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Key finance contact for a number of Global CP R&D Functions: CP R&D Digital, Collaborations and Sustainability, CPR Bioscience, CAPEX and Site infrastructure, CPR management cost, Tax credit management
- Drive the delivery of budgets and forecasts. Challenge the resource allocation and income generation pro-actively raising issues and driving resolution
- Build relationships across teams to share and align best practices
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
- Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with commercial, corporate and finance communities and stakeholders

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years of experience in different areas of business finance and controlling
- Wide knowledge of finance (financial analysis, investment analysis, valuation analysis, risk management, budgeting / planning)
- Best practices for the development of annual budgets, latest estimates and financial planning
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in supporting senior management
- High focus and energy with a pragmatic mind set and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to interact and influence at different levels within the organization
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excel & SAP knowledge is a must
