T6 Game On Turf Reliability Tech B or A | 2nd shift

Position Overview

Position Objective:  To perform complex analysis of machinery faults, identify the necessary steps to correct the faults, and make repairs to eliminate future recurrence of the faults.

Essential Duties: (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility)

• Lead other mechanics in repair and installation of equipment, providing training as part of the process.
• Aid in the selection of materials and components utilized in process and support operations.
• Perform high level maintenance activities such as precision laser alignment, balancing, and identification/development of key equipment specifications.
• Work with maintenance planners to identify work orders needed to optimize work performance.
• Lead, supervise, and provide training/guidance to Technician-mechanics I-III.
• Use Ariba procurement system to order parts and supplies related to job.
• Use EZ Entry/TPM system to set up and receive work instructions.

Non Essential Duties: (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility)

• Attend shift first-day-back safety meetings.
• Must support PRIDE goals.
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or plant management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to analyze equipment faults and failures identifying the root causes of problems.
• Must be able to implement solutions to resolve equipment faults/failures, preventing reoccurrences.
• Experience performing mechanical work preferred.
• Experience repairing machinery preferred.
• Depending on experience, this position may be filled as a Level A or B

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the majority of shift.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry loads of up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently.
• Must be able to work with hands/arms extended overhead.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work in elevated environment (ladders, lifts, baskets, etc.) for extended periods of time.

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to out-punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
