Staffing Coordinator

Staffing Coordinator at Providence Child Center.  This posting represents a 1.0 FTE, day shift opening.

Receives and processes statistical data for the nursing department. Verifies and records nursing employees productive and non-productive time for the purposes of preparing payroll records. Provides administrative and computer support to Center for Medically Fragile Children (CMFC) administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: In compliance with the Oregon Child Care Division, criminal history registration is required for this position, based on assigned duties. 
• Upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position. 
• 2 years administrative support experience or training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the use of Kronos Advanced Scheduler.
