Collins Aerospace is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Pricing and Cost Estimating to play a pivotal role within our Mission Systems Business.  What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with the Pricing Director and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring successful program execution and the development of new business strategies.
• Provide expert compliance guidance on complex matters, ensuring all proposals adhere to full FAR regulations.
• Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and professional development.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, offering strategic guidance and support in crafting and executing their career development plans.
• Oversee and support internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance.
• Respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and deliver insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Experience in leading and/or mentoring a team
• Able to obtain Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Expertise in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation) regulations
• Proven experience in proposal development and negotiation

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in working with Government accounting & proposals
• Experience with Microsoft Office including extensive experience in Excel 
• Experience with ProPricer & SAP
• Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Proven experience presenting to large groups and leadership 
• Capability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to travel up to 25%
