Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team! 

 
The Microsoft Copilot Studio team is on a mission to integrate intelligent agents into business applications, simplify workflows, and increase productivity. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that designs and builds next-generation conversational AI integrations between Copilot Studio and first party partners to enable information workers and end users to harvest the power of agents in their flow of work.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Product Managers focused on integrating Copilot Studio's capabilities with first party partners. 

• Utilize Copilot, agents (or equivalent) in day-to-day work to gain firsthand experience of transforming productivity with AI. 

• Work closely with partners to drive win-win outcomes and manage expectations. 

• Develop an understanding of the business, our customers, and the technical landscape through market and customer research in Generative AI and Conversational AI products.   

• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and user research teams to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.  

• Lead team execution toward a product roadmap with clear measures, projected impact, and prioritization toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.  

• OR equivalent experience. 

• 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 

• 1+ year experience building Gen AI or conversational AI products. 

Other Requirements: 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
