In this role you will serve as the primary HR resource for Elizabeth Scott--supporting leaders, guiding employees, and helping cultivate a workplace rooted in respect, collaboration, and accountability. You will play a viral role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment through retention while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and employees. 
  • Foster strong working relationships that build morale, engagement, and retention. 
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and workplace concerns. 
  • Attend and support disciplinary meetings, investigations, and employee discussions. 
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent in partnership with department leaders. 
  • Coordinate background checks and employment verifications. 
  • Deliver new hire orientation and support employee recognition initiatives. 
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion. 
  • Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions. 
  • Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and training. 
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee status changes. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records, job data, and organizational information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience
  • Working knowledge across core HR disciplines such as performance management, compensation, and employment law. 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, HCRI certification preferred.
