Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.</b></p><p></p><p><b>The Impact You’ll Make in this Role</b></p><p><span>As the Global Travel & Expense Senior Analyst with French (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by:</span></p><ul><li><p>Being first point of contact for all Global Travel & Expense and credit card related inquiries from employees </p></li><li><p>Communicating with employees on failed expense payment, potential duplicate expense claims and multiple expense reports</p></li><li><p>Escalating to GSC GTE Team Lead all non-compliance, questionable items and missed metrics </p></li><li><p>Checking and approving highly complex travel expense pending exception from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country</p></li><li><p>Being responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of expense report check, and follow up issues</p></li><li><p>Acting as Corporate Credit Card Administrator on behalf of all countries in scope</p></li><li><p>Conducting Airfare Reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Conducting weekly posting validation and provide weekly report</p></li><li><p>Engaging in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc</p></li><li><p>Participating in cross-functional projects, T&E, PCard and Meeting Card, and related deployments</p></li><li><p>Partnering with GTE GSC Team Lead to help manage and provide resolution for any escalated issues relating but not limited to credit card administrations, expense reporting, credit card standards, CTA administration among others</p></li><li><p>Actively participating in relevant corporate <span><span>programs/initiatives,</span></span> compling with professional and quality standards, complying with corporate policies and procedures, and acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’ s values and ethical standards</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise </b></p><p><span>To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or minimum of one year of equivalent work experience in Global Travel & Expense, Finance, or related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in Concur Travel Expense Report related work</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent Communication skills (oral & written)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Financial accounting and internal control knowledge</span></p></li><li><p><span>Detail oriented/accurate and thorough</span></p></li><li><p><span>Team oriented person who can focus on the details and quality; collaborative Team player; works well with teams – esp. virtual and cross-functional</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>AND</span></p><p><span>In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Customer focus; highly client service and quality-oriented mindset</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborative Team player</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of SAP</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</span></p></li><li
