Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biotechnology R&D expert to join our team. The successful candidate will lead research efforts in developing enzymatic production processes for fragrance ingredients production.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee research projects focused on developing enzymatic processes

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research, development, and commercial activities.

· Identify, contract, and onboard external technologies into research platforms.

· Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure project success.

· Foster a collaborative and innovative research environment, building effective teams via integrating diverse talents and engaging with stakeholders..

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

· Extensive experience (15+ years) in biotechnology R&D, with a focus on enzymatic production processes.

· Proven track record of leading research projects and managing cross-functional teams.

· Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary Ranges:

$210,300.00 - $315,500.00
