About the role

Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

What you will do: 

  • Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines

  • Communicate individual inventory needs for value stream.

  • Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times

  • Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required

  • Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications

  • Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area

  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications

  • Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria

What you need: 

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Manufacturing Experience
