Summary
The Cloud, Infrastructure, DevSecOps Engineer position will focus on all aspects of design, analysis, implementation and support of systems, software or other solutions pertaining to deploying capabilities to cloud systems.
The candidate will work within a team of software and IT engineers to build high performance, cloud-based solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the development of open architectures and applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to ensure they are best suited for Cloud deployment and consumption.
Support the adoption of Cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable such capabilities as DevSecOps, Big Data/Analytics, AI, Micro-Services.
Support the architecture, design, development, troubleshoot, and implementation of cloud solutions
Work closely with the Information Technology Security team to ensure the applications and solutions designed and deployed are secure and compliant.
Effectively Interface with Customer personnel at varying organizational levels
Must be self-motivated and expected to work independently with minimal supervision
Report status on tasks and assignments
Must be able to generate preliminary and detailed designs as required for enhancements or modifications to existing designs, requiring the application of current industry design concepts and utilization of basic technical writing skills.
Must be able to perform effectively as part of a project team.
Experience with several of the following tools Gitlab, SonarQube, Nexus, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher, Openshift, K3S), Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Terraform.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a specific technology practice (Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Servers, Security, Windows, Linux, etc.) for both on premise and cloud resources
2+ years network and operating system experience
2+ years' experience in container management technologies like OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher, Docker
Experience using a source code repository such as Git, BitBucket, Mercurial, or Subversion
Experience using a defect management system such as Jira, Bugzilla or Fogbugz
Experience with Agile development methodologies
