(Senior) Associate Vice President - Project/Business Management Specialist (f/m/d)

As Business / Project Management Specialist for IT Governance, Risk & Transformation (GRT) you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO team. The position will be instrumental in shaping the future IT GRT department and directly supporting the management team and other transformational projects to achieve the intended outcomes. 
As a department, we actively support CIO management in decision making and provide smart and practical guidance to achieve IT excellence in line with current and future regulatory and technological developments. Through IT Governance, Core Process Design & Execution, and Transformational Projects.

Your area of work:
As Business / Project Management Specialist for IT Governance, Risk & Transformation (GRT) you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO team. Your responsibilities:

• You will apply project management techniques and business management skills such as resource and work planning, budget planning, organisational change management, people development and vendor management.
• You are responsible for general administrative and organizational activities within different areas of the IT GRT department.
• You actively support departmental presentations of results and suggestions to senior audiences.
• You will also have the possibility to support major Transformational Projects with project management and PMO expertise.
• You establish yourself as the go-to-person for business management topics.

 

Your profile:

• 5-8 years’ experience in the project/business management field.
• Project management experience and knowledge of project management techniques/tools is considered an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of business management topics and the relevant Group tools, i.e. financials, workforce management (internal & external), organisational change management, communications.
• A natural drive to take the initiative to “get things done”.
• Flexible team player in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, numeracy literate and self-organised.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
