The Opportunity: 

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our brand-new Roselands Medical Practice available for Medical Receptionists seeking casual work:  

Key Responsibilities:

• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
  
  

Requirements:

• Available to work on a casual basis - additional shifts can be picked up at our surrounding practices 
• Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded 
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
