We are seeking an English Learner Outcomes Program Ed Spec 2(Education Program Specialist 2) to join our Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives (OEDI) at the Oregon Department of Education. This is a limited duration position ending 12/31/2026 and is represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). We will also consider offering this position to current state employees as a job rotation ending 12/31/26. In order to be considered for the rotation you must attach your supervisor’s approval to your application materials.
This role is a hybrid of remote work and will need to report to office when business or operational needs are dependent on onsite activities. Remote work is embraced to the fullest extent possible without interfering with business. This position requires a driver license and an acceptable driving record or an alternative means of transportation.
