How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Senior Record to Report Fixed Assets Analyst reports directly to the FA Team Lead. The primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of Fixed assets tasks, including financial D&A analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead in those activities highlighted as Critical and sensitive to the operation.The Senior Analyst will also provide support to the accounting Team Lead by working as focal point of certain activities and providing a clear status/summary of what has been done.Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting. Close Project accounting module and Fixed Assets module.
Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement and decommitment of projects according to policies
Works with project managers to break-out large projects into components and capitalize accordingly
On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records related journal entries
Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for month-end close and for one-off adjustments
Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research and follow-up
Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including analysis on depreciation variations
Assists with Target and Reforecast
Assists with both internal and external audit requests
Prepare an Update own Capacity file in order to list the activities performed and the time consumed by each of them
Prepare and Update detailed mapping process file and share it with the management.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Experience/Certifications
6+ years accounting experience,
Certified accountant
Oracle experience highly desirable
SAP experience is a plus
Language Requirements
English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
Spanish mandatory
Knowledge and Skills
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Ability to manage a team with significant expertise
Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics
Advanced skills in Google Suite
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements
