Examples of duties
This position provides professional nursing care and coordination across multiple living areas to support the health and well-being of individuals. The role involves directing nursing services, maintaining communication, and ensuring compliance with established standards. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:
- Clinical Support: Apply nursing process steps to maintain individual wellness in accordance with regulatory standards
- Care Planning: Participate in planning and evaluating active treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
- Communication: Relay information to physicians and staff while assisting with examinations and medical interventions
- Health Monitoring: Screen individuals for changes in condition, complete assessments, and report findings promptly
- Emergency Response: Perform required emergency procedures and ensure the safety of individuals during urgent situations
- Documentation: Complete nursing documentation, follow physician orders, and maintain timely and accurate records

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Part-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5 days per pay period.
- May change based on operational needs.
- Travel: As needed.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly rate of $43.08 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSNecessary Special Requirements:
- This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice perm
