Position: Business Admin and Project Coordinator Intern
Duration: May 5, 2025 – December 12, 2025
Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
Location: Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
Wage: $14/hour
The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming.
The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take detailed notes in meetings, capturing key discussion points and action items.
- Support data quality cleanup efforts within HubSpot CRM.
- Assist with weekly and monthly timekeeping outreach and reporting processes.
- Create, update, and maintain team and employee-facing documentation.
- Help compile and organize weekly and quarterly status reports.
- Monitor project status for small projects and provide updates.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans.
- Contribute to process mapping and workflow documentation efforts.
- Track and manage action items using Jira.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Interest in business systems and operations with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to build rapport in a remote work environment.
- Basic project management knowledge and experience (or interest) in agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools like Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams (or willingness to learn).
