SALARY: The salary range for this position is $82,632.10 to $133,935.92 for Schedule A, and $82,632.10 to $127,239.13 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule B.

The NJ Courts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Product Analyst Supervisor to provide technical leadership and direct supervision for our multidisciplinary Data Warehouse and Governance team. This role will oversee dedicated employees and contractors, managing a team that includes Business Analysis (BA), Data Analysis (DA), Quality Assurance (QA), and First-Line Production Support professionals. Future expansion overseeing the Data Modelling team as extension for Data warehouse Initiative is a possibility as well.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 3 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Examples of duties
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Directly manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the creation and management of Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to guide Data Modelers and ETL developers, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Development Support: Supervise data analysis activities to ensure data standardization and seamless integration across the business environment.
- Project Documentation: Manage the lifecycle of FRDs, providing clear and actionable blueprints for Data Modelers and ETL components within the AWS infrastructure.
- Production Integrity: Oversee Production Support to maintain the stability and reliability of the analytical pipeline. Stand out for a first line of Production support collaborating and communicating with Business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Automated Trial Court Services Unit and application development teams to establish and maintain procedures that ensure consistent data solution quality.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Establish and enforce clear roles, policies, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of the Judiciary’s critical data assets with organizational goals.
- AI Use Cases (Preferred): Experience with AI execution use cases is a strong advantage.
