As a Loan Support Analyst Sr within the PNC’s Real Estate organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Cincinnati, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will interact with high profile commercial real estate clients, while fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Bank Agent role, such as validation of construction due diligence and/or monitoring the construction or draw requirements.
To ensure regulatory compliance, you will review complex transactions such as customized commercial, legal and related documentation, conducting due diligence to ensure accuracy and compliance requirements are met.
Within this role you are expected to consult/advise various stakeholders such as customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or the commercial real estate deal teams, along with internal and external business partners to ensure transactions are executed accurately. Part of the due diligence process requires you to conduct the verification of work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to credit approvals, and established thresholds and applicable procedures.
You are expected to participate in risk mitigation activities and serve as a subject matter expert that may provide specialty product training based on knowledge and expertise of the product.
Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:15 am EST – 5:00 pm EST.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
Job Description
- Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements. Directly interacts with high revenue/high profile corporate and/or commercial real estate clients.
- Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
- Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions.
- Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures. Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required
- Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities. May serve as a subject matter resource and may provide specialty product training.
