About the Job:

Assists the Director and Manager of Finance in reporting all of EPN/EPS/PPS financial operations. Assists in reporting of Non-EPN/ES operations as necessary. Assists the Director and Manager by supporting the main purpose of the PPS accounting department in maintaining sound financial policies for the system.

 What You’ll Do:

• Records and maintains detailed schedules and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Responsible for preparation and input of all standard and recurring journal entries for EPN/EPS/PPS including review and processing of interdepartmental charges
• Assists in the preliminary review and researching variance items identified on monthly financial reporting reports before distribution to directors and senior management
• Calculates, verifies and records monthly accrual

Who You Are:

• Associates Degree, Required
• 2-3 years of accounting, Required
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, Required
