Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Program Manager - Business Analyst to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer engagement pipeline
- Support business process development
- Lead technical/business engagement and strategy development
- Lead proposal development
- Lead business growth strategy
- Strong critical thinking as well as written/oral communication
Here's what you need:
- Minimum Ten (10) years’ experience supporting sensitive activities at the agency, joint, or service level
- Minimum Eight (08) years of experience writing and publishing finished intelligence products
- Experience working with joint elements in the USSOCOM and USCENTCOM COCOMs
- Experience in engaging with senior defense leaders
- Experience with operational planning teams and small group facilitation
- Experience coordinating with various elements within the Intelligence community
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior military experience is highly desired
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing facts, drawing reasonable conclusions and presenting/defending such conclusions both orally, as well as in written form
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
