Manager, Real Estate Operations

Pay Details:

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $124,000 to $137,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.

OC Sports and Entertainment (OCSE) is the premier organization for entertainment and lifestyle in Orange County and the management company for Honda Center, the Anaheim Ducks, and OCVIBE. OCVIBE is a one-of-a-kind, mixed-use community and live entertainment district coming to Anaheim in 2026. This $4 billion, 100-acre development will surround its anchor, Honda Center, with new live entertainment venues, dining and retail offerings, and public amenities. From intimate clubs to a new 6K-capacity concert venue, OCVIBE will provide a full range of entertainment, activating the district daily for the enjoyment of its guests.

The Manager, Real Estate Operations will play a critical administrative and coordination role within our real estate team, ensuring smooth processes, consistent standards, and clear reporting across multiple leasing and operational workstreams. This role focuses on maintaining deal flow visibility, helping onboard and align third-party property management, coordinating document flow, and building effective reporting frameworks to keep senior leadership informed. By bringing structure, organization, and transparency to the team’s efforts, this individual will enhance efficiency, accountability, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Leasing and Tenant Improvement Process Management

  • Serve as a central point-of-contact for real estate operations initiatives, including restaurant and office leasing activities, from LOI through lease execution and TI preparation

  • Establish and refine standardized procedures, timelines, and checklists to guide team members through each stage of the tenant engagement and onboarding process

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (leasing, legal, finance, development) to streamline workflows, improve document management, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Third-Party Property Management Onboarding

  • Manage the administrative aspects of onboarding the third-party property manager, including creation and distribution of project plans, operational playbooks, and performance benchmarks

  • Develop clear communication protocols and reporting templates to keep property management activities aligned with ownership objectives and district standards

  • Track onboarding milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and swift issue resolution

District-Wide Operational Guidelines & Standards

  • Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining district-wide operational guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality control

  • Keep guidelines easily accessible, up-to-date, and clearly documented, facilitating smooth adoption by internal teams, third-party managers, and tenant representatives

  • Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into SOP refinements, ensuring continuous improvement of operational processes

Reporting & Visibility for Leadership

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational reporting framework that provides leadership with a clear, concise, and reliable view of ongoing leasing activities, TI progress, and property management performance

  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and summaries that track deal progression, highlight key milestones or issues, and present actionable insights
