Essential Responsibilities:

• Work in IT Continuity Management team within IT Governance with geographically distributed teams
• Design, implement and keep improving DSV IT Continuity Management process, corresponding procedures and documentations
• Ensure operations of DSV IT Disaster Recovery tests, to deliver on time and in quality
• Ensure the deliverables of project assignments by following the strategic direction, and deliver on time and in quality
• Track and monitor KPI of IT Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery) for governance and control to ensure green KPIs and corresponding reporting on time and in quality
• Practice the supervising role as IT Governance and balance with providing the consultancy to Global IT colleagues
• Support various IT Governance tasks and improvement initiatives that are feasible, fit-to use/purpose, and eventually materialize the improvements

 

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support, resilience, or similar technical position, preferable within IT Continuity Management, or Availability Management, or (Major) Incident Management
• Solid knowledge and experience in overall IT Infrastructure and Applications, preferable both on-premises and Cloud (SaaS, PaaS)
• Practical experiences and knowledge of both executing IT Disaster Recovery tests, their reporting and continuous improvements
• Solid knowledge of Project Management, preferable both PRINCE II and Agile Scrum
• ITIL (v.4) Foundation certification, or ITIL Practitioner certification as an advantage 
• Understanding System/Application development and testing is advantageous
• Understanding of IT Security, Data and IT Compliance is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
