About the Team

The Pipedream team is building the infrastructure that connects the internet's APIs. We maintain connectors with more than 3,000 apps and provide a developer toolkit, Pipedream Connect, that lets developers and AI agents add thousands of connectors through a single SDK or MCP server.

Recently acquired by Workday, Pipedream is a small and globally distributed team that is growing fast. We work with leading startups like Perplexity, Meta, Lindy, and Viktor, alongside open-source contributors and product teams across Workday, to build and ship connectors at scale. AI agents are a first-class use case for Pipedream, and our work is shaping how agentic workflows interact with APIs across the internet.

What makes this team special is the pace and the impact. You'll join a collaborative, high-ownership environment where your ideas directly influence the product. The team is expanding, and there's real opportunity to help define its direction during an exciting chapter of growth within Workday.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager on the Pipedream team, you will be the driving force behind the product roadmap, connector quality, and developer experience for one of the most broadly integrated API platforms available. This is a high-ownership role where you'll operate with significant autonomy, partner closely with engineering and business teams, and represent Pipedream in product conversations across Workday.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Connector Roadmap: Prioritize which APIs the team builds next, balancing developer demand, partnership opportunities, and Workday's needs

  • Connector Quality: Define configuration standards, validate end-to-end functionality, and ensure every connector shipped is reliable and ready for AI-driven use cases

  • Connect Product: Shape the core product roadmap and developer experience for the Pipedream SDKs and MCP server in close collaboration with engineering

  • Connect Adoption: Work with Workday product teams and external developers to drive meaningful adoption and usage of Pipedream Connect

  • AI Agent Tooling: Define how connectors are structured for agentic workflows, including tooling interfaces and the evaluation process to validate them

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with and enable teams throughout Workday to ship connectors within their own products

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a history of owning technical products end-to-end at scale

  • Strong technical fluency and curiosity — you are comfortable learning how applications, APIs, and integrations work under the hood, even if you are not an engineer by background

  • Deep familiarity with APIs and authentication methods, including OAuth 1.0/2.0, PKCE, API keys, and Basic Auth

  • Experience shipping developer-facing products such as SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms

  • Expertise with modern AI tooling and development workflows, including familiarity with AI agents, LLM frameworks, and emerging trends in the AI developer ecosystem

  • Demonstrated experience building products for developer users, with a strong understanding of the needs and workflows of developers building AI applications and agents

  • Clear, effective written communication skills — you can write for both engine
