The Deal: What You'll Be Doing
As an Extra Board Dealer, you're the engine of the excitement. You are responsible for providing an entertaining and efficient gaming experience for our guests.

Work When You Want (Mostly!): Your hours can vary anywhere from 1 to 24 hours per week, depending on the business needs. We only require a minimum availability for one 8-hour shift per month!
Climate-Controlled Thrills: Work in a comfortable environment, although you should be prepared for constant exposure to smoke and crowd noise—it’s a casino, after all!

- Be the Action: Deal cards, manage table games, and ensure every player has an engaging time.
- Precision is Key: Handle currency and chips with precise counts and payouts. You'll be a human calculator!
- The Integrity Guard: Maintain the security and integrity of the game at all times, ensuring all players adhere to established rules and procedures.
- Service with a Smile: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service while assisting guests in playing. You'll be an ambassador of fun!
- Gear Check: Conduct regular inspections of decks and gaming equipment.
Are You Ready to Play?
- If you're ready to jump into the action, here's what you need:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The mandatory first step: You must successfully complete training in the CNE Gaming Academy (we'll help you get there!).
- You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- The ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- A proven ability to provide a high standard of guest service and a great attitude!
