The Deal: What You'll Be Doing

As an Extra Board Dealer, you're the engine of the excitement. You are responsible for providing an entertaining and efficient gaming experience for our guests.

Work When You Want (Mostly!): Your hours can vary anywhere from 1 to 24 hours per week, depending on the business needs. We only require a minimum availability for one 8-hour shift per month!

Climate-Controlled Thrills: Work in a comfortable environment, although you should be prepared for constant exposure to smoke and crowd noise—it’s a casino, after all!

Are You Ready to Play?

• If you're ready to jump into the action, here's what you need:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The mandatory first step: You must successfully complete training in the CNE Gaming Academy (we'll help you get there!).
• You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• The ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• A proven ability to provide a high standard of guest service and a great attitude!
