What you'll do:
- Responsible to provide financial direction and insight to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly.
- Lead a team to drive effective decision making.
- Partner with Business Units by driving the financial planning process and the reporting of results.
- Challenge and support Business Partners on product development by establishing cost targets and reporting performance. Inform stakeholders by preparing reports and supporting analysis of strategic projects.
- Drive company and departmental financial planning process and the reporting of results.
- Establish product cost targets and report performance.
- Prepare stakeholder reports and support analysis of strategic projects.
What you’ll need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Ten (10) years required in financial analysis, financial planning, accounting, controlling.
- Five (5) years leading a team, specifically Financial and/or Business Analysts.
- Is self-driven, highly-motivated, curious and passionate to make a difference, with a track record developing a team and willingness to build cross functional relationships.
- High level of business acumen as well as ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and adapt to a rapidly changing business needs in an ever-changing environment.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to develop storylines using data, charts and graphs.
- Possess quantitative and BI skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information; proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Experience in a software development company preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Workday Financial Systems
