Customer Solutions Expert (m/f/d)

How you will contribute:

• Ensuring the operation of the IT solutions of the Corporate Solutions department
• Advising and supporting end users in the use of IT applications
• Analysis, classification and elimination of system malfunctions of the supported systems according to defined standards
• Participation in projects, also with service providers and service partners
• Carrying out functional and integration tests, including the rectification of faults and errors according to defined standards 
• Conducting existing training courses at our locations for key and end users

Your Key Qualifications: 

• Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration or application development or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the IT environment 
• First work experience is an advantage
• Practical experience in direct end user support
• Good SQL knowledge (MS SQL®, ORACLE®)
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Experience with ServiceNow desirable
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Enjoy teamwork, high level of initiative and good English skills round off the profile
