About the job
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Application Engineer with expertise in embedded systems and wireless technologies to join our specialized Technical Support Team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, resolving support cases related to our ARM Cortex-based RF microcontrollers and systems running protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4, LTE-M, NB-IoT, Wi‑Fi, and proprietary solutions. Your deep technical knowledge will help you address system design challenges and software issues, ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance with our products.

Key responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support to broad market and key customers
• Diagnose and resolve system design and software challenges
• Collaborate closely with customers to deliver effective solutions
• Coordinate internal efforts to solve complex problems
Qualification and skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in technical support or customer service environments
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- Embedded programming
- Wireless protocols
- Electronic system design
- Excellent written and spoken English
